Hello! Need for Spin is not fulfilling its own promotions! They had an offer last week: place a bet of $20 or more on any cricket match and receive 50 free spins in the slot Sweet Bonanza. On Friday, I placed a $25 bet on a match involving Mumbai Indians. The bet was settled with no issues. Today is already Monday - 4 days have passed, and there are still no free spins on my account! I have contacted their support service three times. Each time they reply with the same thing: “The bonus is credited automatically, please wait” or “We have created a ticket for the technical department.” Nothing is happening!

    Wow, that was fast. I have just received a message in my casino account inbox from a support manager. He apologized for a technical error in crediting bonuses for that promotion.
