Complaints.casinoFeb 23, 2026TeamHello, SpinMeisterMike. We’re sorry to hear about your situation. We will try to help clarify what happened. To begin the mediation process, please provide the following information: • The email address registered at Rolling Slots Casino • The exact date and time when the winnings were voided • Please attach screenshots of your correspondence with the casino’s support team where they explain the reason for the confiscation
SpinMeisterMikeFeb 23, 2026AuthorMy email is in your private messages. It happened yesterday evening! I don’t have the exact time - I just logged in and the money was gone. I also attached the support response.
SpinMeisterMikeFeb 23, 2026AuthorWhat is this 5.2???? They’re just thieves. I was playing Gates of Olympus, if that matters.
Complaints.casinoFeb 23, 2026TeamThank you for the information, Mike. We will review the Rolling Slots bonus rules, specifically clause 5.2.
Complaints.casinoFeb 23, 2026TeamSpinMeisterMike, we have reviewed the Rolling Slots Bonus Policy. Clause 5.2 states: “When wagering any deposit bonus or winnings from free spins, the maximum allowed bet (max bet) is $1.50 (or the equivalent in another currency) per spin. Exceeding this bet will result in the cancellation of the bonus and all winnings associated with it.” Can you confirm what maximum bet size you used while playing the slot Gates of Olympus during the wagering process?
SpinMeisterMikeFeb 23, 2026AuthorI don’t remember!! I was spinning at $2–3, I think maybe $2.50. What difference does it make? I was completing my wagering! This is unfair - $1.50 is way too low, they do this on purpose!
Complaints.casinoFeb 23, 2026TeamMike, unfortunately, in this situation we are forced to close the complaint as unsubstantiated. You yourself confirmed that you placed bets of $2–3, which directly violates the $1.50 maximum bet rule that you accepted when activating the bonus. The Rolling Slots casino acted in accordance with its rules by voiding the winnings obtained in violation of the terms. We understand your frustration, but we strongly recommend carefully reading the Terms & Conditions before activating bonuses in the future.
SpinMeisterMikeFeb 23, 2026AuthorThis is nonsense!! Who reads these rules? They hide them on purpose!! $1.50?? That’s robbery. Fine, I get it - close it. Crooks.
