Bitcoin withdrawal approved but no transaction hash supplied

The cashier approved my 0.006 BTC withdrawal but I have not received a transaction hash. I cannot tell whether it is still awaiting processing or has been broadcast. I am asking for the current stage and a hash if a transaction has actually been sent.
