What we publish

Complaints.Casino publishes player accounts, casino replies, case outcomes, casino information, practical guides and news relevant to players. These have different evidence standards. A player’s allegation is attributed to that player; an editorial conclusion needs an explanation and supporting material. A published case is not proof of every statement it contains.

Sources and verification

We prefer primary material: the actual conversation, payment records, operator terms and official regulatory notices. A casino’s published licence reference is identified as its statement unless independently checked. We preserve distinctions between requested, approved, sent and received payments. We do not count a resolved case automatically as a refund.

Articles and casino pages show available sources and editorial dates. We check whether a source supports the particular statement, whether it concerns the relevant operator and market, and whether later information changes the conclusion. Technical edits or visits do not move the editorial date forward. Sensitive evidence is not made public merely to strengthen an article.

People and responsibilities

The team directory identifies our contributors and their responsibilities. Profiles describe supplied facts and actual work; a role is not a professional licence or evidence of regulatory employment. Authorship and review credits belong to the people responsible for the material. We do not silently replace historical attribution with another person’s name.

An article may use editorial tools to assist preparation, but responsibility for what is published remains with the credited editorial team. Generated illustrations are explanatory design, not documentary evidence, player testimonials or proof of payment.

Casino assessments

Trusted, Unrated and Cheated describe our editorial assessment of complaint handling. They are separate from the five individual complaint statuses. Trusted reflects a positive assessment on the stated record; Unrated means no positive or negative conclusion has been established; Cheated is an editorial warning with recorded grounds. None is a guarantee about future play.

Warnings explain the grounds, linked public cases, reviewer and review date where available. Complaint counts alone do not determine a casino assessment. We consider the response, the disputed facts and what the record actually establishes. New evidence can lead to review and a changed assessment. Absence from the warning list does not establish safety.

Corrections and right of reply

Send support@complaints.casino the page URL, the disputed statement and a source or explanation. A casino representative can answer in a case after appropriate access is granted. We review relevant contrary information and may correct, clarify, update or remove material. Significant editorial corrections are recorded. A privacy redaction need not repeat the sensitive information in its change history.

Independence and funding

The project is funded by its founders. Complaint submission is free. We currently receive no advertising or affiliate revenue. Payment cannot purchase an outcome, remove a supported warning or buy favourable editorial treatment. If the funding model changes, the relevant disclosures must change before that arrangement appears on the site.

Service reviews and limitations

On-site reviews are submitted by signed-in users and moderated before publication. External reviews retain their source, original date and link. We do not combine different platforms into a fabricated score or invent testimonials to fill an empty page. Permission and attribution are required for an individual quoted Trustpilot review.

Public information can be incomplete. We explain uncertainty instead of turning it into a guarantee. Read how the complaint process works for the practical steps available to a player.
