Who is responsible
Complaints.Casino is an independently operated informational and consumer-focused online project. No separate legal entity, country of operation or business address is currently publicly disclosed. We do not operate a casino, accept bets or deposits, or provide gambling services.
Complaints.Casino is the project responsible for the personal data described here. Contact privacy@complaints.casino about privacy, access, correction, restriction or deletion. Operator information may change if a registered company takes over the project. This notice does not identify a registered company or a business address.
The information you give us
An account includes your username, email address, authentication details and any profile information you choose to provide. Signing in through Google shares the account information needed to authenticate you. We do not receive your Google password. Account emails are not included in the public complaint feed.
When you submit a complaint we receive your story, casino name, category, mood, disputed amount and currency where supplied, attachments and subsequent replies. Messages, saved records, moderation decisions and service reviews can also be associated with your account. Please provide only information necessary to explain the problem; do not upload passwords, payment card security codes, identity documents or wallet recovery phrases.
What visitors and case participants can see
A published complaint, its public replies, username, status and outcome can be read by other visitors and indexed by search engines. Public statements can be copied by others. Your choice to submit a complaint is a choice to share that account publicly, subject to moderation. A service review is public only after publication by the team.
Attachments marked hidden are restricted to the complaint author, authorised administrators and moderators, and a casino representative when access is granted. Other visitors see a protected-media placeholder. A user invited to participate in the conversation does not automatically receive restricted-media access. Public attachments can be read by other visitors. Redact personal details before uploading, including in files you intend to restrict.
A representative receives access to a case to answer it; their involvement does not give them general access to your private messages or account authentication information. Team members use access appropriate to their duties.
Why we use it
We use account information to authenticate you, deliver service messages and keep your work associated with the correct account. We use complaint and reply information to publish the conversation, request clarification and record the outcome. We use technical logs and moderation records to prevent abuse, investigate errors and maintain the service.
Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, providing an account and the service relies on the requested service relationship; security, moderation and maintaining accurate public records rely on legitimate interests, subject to your rights. Optional analytics and external widgets rely on your consent. We may also need to meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal data or use complaint text for advertising.
Service providers and external content
Hosting, database, attachment storage and email delivery providers process information needed to operate the service. Google processes information when its sign-in or consented analytics services are used. A consented X or Trustpilot widget connects to its respective provider, which can receive device, network and page information under its own policy. Links to other websites do not make those sites part of Complaints.Casino.
The provider configuration and storage location can change. We do not publish a verified list of every production processor or international transfer arrangement in this notice. You can ask the privacy contact for details relevant to your information. We must assess any applicable transfer safeguards when deploying those services.
Retention and your choices
We keep information while it is needed for the account, the complaint record, security, disputes or applicable legal obligations. There is no universal automatic deletion period stated here. Retention depends on the purpose and circumstances; backup copies may not disappear immediately when a live record changes.
You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your information, object to relevant processing, or request portability where applicable. Send the request from the email associated with your account where possible. We may need proportionate information to confirm that the request is yours. Do not send identity documents unsolicited. A request to remove personal information does not necessarily require deletion of an entire public case; redaction may preserve a useful record.
You may withdraw optional consent through Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawal does not undo past lawful processing. Depending on where you live, you can complain to your relevant data-protection authority. This service is not intended for children; contact us if a child has supplied personal information.
