Your wellbeing comes before the dispute
You do not have to keep gambling to pursue a complaint. A disputed balance is not a reason to make another deposit or try to win back losses. If gambling is affecting your finances, sleep or relationships, consider speaking with a support service or someone you trust. This page offers general signposting, not a diagnosis or treatment.
If you are in immediate danger or may harm yourself, contact local emergency services or a crisis service in your country now. Our complaint service does not provide emergency support.
Create space to stop
Ask the operator about account restrictions, self-exclusion and marketing removal. Check a multi-operator exclusion scheme where one applies. Consider device blocking tools and ask your bank about gambling transaction blocks. These tools work in different ways and can be used together; no single restriction covers every website, payment route or jurisdiction.
Keep a record of your request and its acknowledgement. If money remains in an account, ask how to access statements and request the balance through the operator’s official support route while access is restricted. Do not reopen gambling simply to gather evidence.
Great Britain
For support and practical information, visit GamCare. Its National Gambling Helpline lists 0808 8020 133 and support available 24 hours a day. The site includes chat and information about blocking software, self-exclusion and money management.
See GAMSTOP Online for its online self-exclusion service and current eligibility and coverage. Check the scheme’s own information rather than assuming it blocks every operator worldwide.
United States and Australia
In the United States, the National Council on Problem Gambling help directory provides a route to its national helpline and state support resources. Use its current contact details and local service information.
In Australia, Gambling Help Online provides online support and information about local help. Check the service’s availability and options for your location.
Other regions and people close to you
Look for the official health service, gambling regulator or established gambling-support organisation in your country. Self-exclusion coverage and access to treatment vary. A support service can also help family members and friends affected by someone else’s gambling. You do not need to resolve the casino dispute before asking for help.
Keep the complaint separate
Save relevant account statements and support replies without continuing to play. Record the amount already received separately from money still disputed. Our team can help document a conversation, but it cannot provide treatment, financial rescue or a guaranteed refund.
