Your choice comes first
The first-visit panel offers Accept all, Reject optional and Settings. Optional analytics and external content are off until you choose them. You do not need to accept either category to read cases or submit a complaint. Cookie settings in the footer reopens your choices.
Necessary technologies
We use first-party browser storage to keep your sign-in token, restore complaint and review drafts, remember your privacy choices and support requested interface functions. These technologies allow the features you use to work; they are not advertising cookies. A sign-in token is sensitive: sign out on a shared device. Browser storage and cookies are different mechanisms, but both can retain information on your device.
Your saved consent has a version and timestamp. We ask again after six months or when the consent version changes. Removing browser data clears this record and locally saved drafts. Local drafts stay in that browser until sent, discarded or cleared; they are not automatically a submitted complaint.
Analytics
Google Tag Manager container GTM-P84JJL7D is reserved for consented analytics. Tag Manager manages other tags; it is not itself a guarantee that a tag is necessary or appropriate. Analytics is disabled until the deployed container has been checked and explicitly enabled by the operator. It does not load just because you visit this site.
When enabled with consent, analytics must be limited to appropriate service measurements. Complaint stories, email addresses, sign-in tokens, private messages and search queries must not be sent. Advertising tags are not authorised by the analytics choice. Technical account and case pages are excluded from analytics loading. We do not queue your interactions while analytics is refused.
External content
A Trustpilot or X embed is replaced by a placeholder until you allow external content. You can still follow the original link without enabling a widget on this site. Once allowed, the provider may receive network and device information and set its own cookies. Their current policies apply to their services: X privacy and Trustpilot privacy.
Google sign-in is loaded when you explicitly choose that sign-in method. It is a requested authentication service, separate from permission to load review widgets.
Change or withdraw consent
Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your selection. Withdrawing a category stops new loading, removes available optional cookies controlled by this site, and reloads the page to terminate loaded scripts. We cannot erase cookies belonging exclusively to another domain or undo information already sent. Your browser can remove those cookies and control third-party storage.
Blocking all browser storage may prevent sign-in or draft restoration. If storage is unavailable, the privacy panel can still apply your choice for the current page; it will ask again next time.
