Expired promotion claim closed after the activation time was checked
I expected a promotion to apply to my deposit because its banner was in an older message. After the account received no bonus, I asked which expiry time applied and whether the deposit had qualified. I wanted the offer record checked rather than a generic answer.

I can see the timing difference in the record now. I do not have evidence that the offer was active at my deposit time.
