Bonus winnings removed without identifying the disputed bet
After completing the bonus wagering counter, €840 was removed from my balance. The support reply referred to a maximum-bet rule. I have asked which bet exceeded the limit and which version of the offer conditions applies. I saved the promotion name and activation date. I would like the deduction reviewed against the actual bet history.

The next useful piece of information is the exact bet ID and applicable rule. A general reference to bonus abuse is not enough to explain this deduction to the player.
I added the offer name and the time it was activated. I have not yet received the requested bet ID.
