The Malta Gaming Authority published a notice on 28 September 2026 stating that Condor Malta Limited's authorisation had been suspended with effect from 16 September. The notice identifies company number C 70089 and licence MGA/B2C/340/2016. It says gaming operations are no longer authorised and registered players must retain access to their accounts for visibility purposes.
Account visibility is not a payment confirmation
The requirement concerns access to account information. It should not be presented as proof that a withdrawal has been sent, a promise that every disputed balance will be returned or an instruction to continue playing. The notice also says the decision may be appealed. Suspension and a final decision on an individual player's complaint are different matters.
Our report uses the MGA notice; we have not examined private player accounts or the operator's payment records. The URL's historical wording contains a different company reference from the current heading and text. The identity stated in the published notice is the one used here.
First match the company to your account
Check the legal company and licence shown in the terms for the exact website and account you use. Do not infer coverage from a similar brand name or a casino operating in another market. Retain the terms page, your account correspondence and the date you checked them. If the operator identity is unclear, ask support to confirm which legal entity holds the relationship with you.
This identity check prevents a complaint being directed at the wrong company. It also helps distinguish an old licence badge, a current authorisation and a different country version of the same-looking website. A screenshot of a logo without the domain and date is weak evidence of that connection.
Use available access to preserve the relevant records
Keep a dated record of your balance, transaction history, outstanding withdrawals and unresolved support tickets. Save the terms and any suspension-related messages. If you cannot log in, capture the exact error and ask for access to records through the operator's verified contact channel. Describe the access problem separately from any dispute about the amount owed.
Prepare a clear list of what you want confirmed: your account statement, the status of each withdrawal and the available complaint route. Where a balance includes bonus funds or unsettled transactions, request a breakdown. Do not publish identity documents to establish that the account belongs to you; use an appropriate private channel when verification is necessary.
Keep the follow-up specific
If support provides a new account or complaints contact, verify it before sharing documents. Preserve every meaningful reply with its date. Ask what the operator can confirm now and which points remain under review. This avoids turning one general regulatory notice into an assumption about your own payment.
The blocked-account guide explains how to separate access, the stated reason and the balance decision. The escalation guide explains why a regulator report and an ADR dispute may serve different purposes. Any later update should identify a new official statement or your own confirmed result, rather than silently treating the suspension as resolved.
